B.E. stands for Bachelor of Engineering which is a under graduate level program done directly after your 10+2. After a student's 12th exam, the candidate has to appear for any state or national level engineering entrance through which you will get an admittance into an engineering college. The course of this degree focuses on theoretical knowledge needed to innovate technology and make new technical gadgets. This course is basically knowledge oriented where the main focus will be given toward theoritical part. During this course Industrial visit and Internship might happen, which is not very sure.

Now looking toward Job oppurtunities,The B.E graduates, as well as B.Tech graduates, Both will get offers from public, Private, and goverment sectors. If you are choosing B.E you will easly get offers from companies which calls for innovation and development of hardware. At the same time, If you choose B.Tech you can seek jobs that are focused more on improving the efficiency and modification of the existing hardware.
Now coming to conclusion, It's really hard to decide which course is better between the two. because both these courses have their own importance and place in the society. If you wish to join a field that is involved with the manufacturing of electronic equipments, then the BE field is more suitable for you. If you want to join a field that makes electronic equipments more attractive by modifying them, then the B.Tech course is more suitable. Under this courses there are many specialization like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology and many more. you can choose either of these fields on the basis of your personal interest.
Since, B.Tech will provide more technical and practical knowledge. The exposure you get in a B.tech degree will help you in reaching greater heights. No other course can give you a life experience rather than B.tech. Here you can learn about extra activities like Social marketing, startups, literature, poetries, arts while doing b.tech. I will suggest you to prefer B.Tech over B.E.
