So as per your question, in order to become a corporate lawyer, you need have a basic understanding of Companies Act, 2013 for this you can refer Avtar Singh book. And you need to have knowledge as to documents which are needed and what kind of due diligence must be done, so for this you need to refer Drafting Commercial Contracts by Rodnyer D. Ryder. Also you need o be familiar with SEBI Act, FEMA Act, Insurance Act, Banking Act and Negotiable Instruments. Most importantly you need to be familiar with the websites of MCA, and regulatory bodies such SEBI, FEMA, IBBI etc.,.
