Annually, a vast number of students take the JEE Main exam with the aim of securing admission in B.Tech programs. In addition to the NITs and IIITs, many states and engineering institutions base their B.Tech/B.E. admissions on JEE Main scores.

which is better food science and technology or biotechnology ?

Sajal Trivedi 26th Apr, 2024

Hello aspirant,

Choosing a Bachelor's in Food Technology over Biotechnology could be advantageous considering the current landscape. There are more job prospects and higher placement rates in Food Technology. Biotechnology faces stiffer competition due to its widespread availability across colleges. Thus, if your interest lies in the field, opting for a Bachelor's in Food Technology might be a favorable choice.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.

i got 90 percentile in jee mains,i belongs to st category, which nit will I get

Sajal Trivedi 26th Apr, 2024

Hello aspirant,

Given your SC category status, you're likely to have an advantage in JEE, as the cutoff for SC/ST categories tends to be lower compared to general. Achieving a percentile of 95 or higher in JEE mains increases your likelihood of securing admission to reputable NITs, while a percentile around 90 suggests good prospects for an NIT, possibly through spot rounds.

No one predict the college name with certainty but you have chances of getting low ranked NITs.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.

Manisha 25th Apr, 2024

Hello aspirant

Yes you can appear for re exam from open university.

NIOS will be the best choice. NIOS is National Institute of Open Schooling.  The Institute is government recognised and nios marks are accepted in any college or university of India.

You must fill the form and appear for reexam .

After getting passed you can apply for your further studies.

Many students who fail in class xi or class class xii gjve retest through nios and then they get next year's admission in june.
