IT and CSE students only get placed in campus interviews. About 70% of the students from the CSE course got placed. About 60% of the students from the IT course got placed. About 10% of the students from the ECE course got placed. One or two students got placed from other branches.

The highest salary package offered in our course is    Rs. 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is  Rs. 2.5 LPA.

Top recruiting companies like TCS, Cognizant, etc., visit our campus for placements.

Now for R20 regulation, the college is offering 7 courses that are IT, CSE, EEE, mechanical, ECE, civil and metallurgy.

Gitam college of pharmacy is situated in Vishakapatnam. It is a private colleges established in 2006. The fees for M.pharma pharmacology is 3.40 lakh. The average package offered by the companies in this college is not revealed by the authorities.

Jawaharlal Nehru technological University is a state university established in 1972.The fees for M.pharma pharmacology is 1.89 lakh. The average package offered by the companies in this college is Rs. 3.98 lakh.

So you should opt for JNTU as it has better placement statistics. However , it also depends on your convenience .

As per the information provided above , the best college among the two in terms of placement is JNTU. So ,you must opt for it.

I am very sorry to let you know that your rank (523) in PGECET is not sufficient to secure a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or Osmania University  for pursuing M.Pharm. A minimum of 300rank or below is required to be scored in order to get into these universities for M.Pharm. However for GATE qualified students it may be 900. According to your rank it is hard to get in OU or in JNUTH. But as you belong to BC.B category there is a chance for you to get a seat in it.

Mentioned below are the points of comparison between these two institutes:

VIT AP:

• It has not got rankings by many institutes however it has been approved by University Grants Council.
• NetApp Nokia Philips Titan pay pal are  its major recruiters.
• The highest placement package is 33 lakh per annum.

JNTUH:

• It has been ranked by an NIRF for BTech at 62 position.
• The highest placement package offered in this Institute is 41 lakh per annum.
• Amazon common vault Oracle PCS are its major recruiters.

It can be said that both institutes are good and have good placements so it is quite difficult to tell which is more better.

Both JNTU and OU are reputed universities. But JNTU has got NAAC A+ and OU has got five star rating by NAAC. In my opinion JNTU will be better option than OU.
