With a rank of 347 in AP PGECET, you have a very good chance of getting a free (tuition fee–reimbursed) seat in JNTU Kakinada or other government colleges. Generally, ranks below 1000 are considered strong for admission into top branches in government engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Your rank is well within the usual cut-off range for most M.Tech programs in JNTUK, especially if you belong to a reserved category or choose a less competitive branch.
To get a free seat, you must also satisfy the eligibility criteria for fee reimbursement under the Andhra Pradesh state government scheme. This usually includes factors like family income below a certain limit and not being employed in a government or private job.
See in your case your fee reimbursement may get late or rejected but you can try to visit you college official site and send them a mail requesting them to let you submit your income certificate You can track your status on this site link that I have mentioned : https://jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in
Dear Candidate ,
Income certificate alone qualifies you for tuition fee wavier under state reimbursement schemes , no separate EWS Certificate is required for this purpose .
So , yes , you can get fee reimbursement under JNTU ( and AP/TS fee schemes ) with just your income certificate, even its under the OC category .
