No you don't have to pay all four years fee if you are dropping it in between.It completely depends on you what do you want to pursue.

If you got a seat in medical college and you are prepared for this then you can switch and if not then you can  continue your present degree.

The college timings are not listed anywhere online about UVCE BANGLORE but most of the the colleges in india starts between 8 am - 10 am and the college ends anywhere between 4 pm - 6 pm. But i have heard that the college provides enough time for co curriculum activities and studies and the college life will be great.

UVCE is quite decent for CSE. The campus is quite big and the facilities too (labs, sports etc). The average placement is okayish with most people getting placed in Mass recruitment firms. However, the campus also hosts a few product based companies. 

On the academic front UVCE is knowm to be among the top 15 colleges in the state.

Hello Bhanu, their are many college in India which take admission on the basis of JEE Mains, but there are many which do not take admission on the basis on it and UVCE is one of them. UVCE take admission on the basis of KCET. You have to apper in KCET to become eligible for this college.

Yes, you can apply for it but you have very good marks in diploma then you are eligible for UVCE college. After that, you have to the exam than as per cutoff you can get admission in UVCE. It is a government college and a very good record.For more information, you can visit the official site.

I came to know that the average package offered for uvce Civil is 3.5L-4.5L.

Whereas the highest packages offered starts from 15L-17L as per I know.

But as we know placement criterias vary ,so you can check about it in details.
