If you consider placement scenario of University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering it's quite good for ECE branch. 80% students got placed in the last year with an average package of 5 LPA which is obviously a bigger amount than most of the private engineering colleges. Top recruiting companies like Dell, Microsoft, Volvo, Royal Enfield, Godrej, VMware, Adobe, Allstate, SAP, Accolite, McKinsey digital, etc., visit the campus often a year for placements. Now comparing it with CSE of Horizon I would like to suggest to choose NHCE CSE over UVCE. As Placement in CSE branch is somehow better here. In 2020 where all colleges are suffering to provide placements this Institute provided almost 85% placement opportunities which is quite exception and undoubtedly excellent. Though median salary is around 4LPA but most of the renowned companies recruited students this year. Hopefully it will be helpful.
Colleges hasvery poor infrastructure however on eof best faculty for Control And Instrumentation engineering in ME.
Placements are 60% only here with an average of 5la and around 15 companies seen visiting which is quite average
Overall companies like Bosch, Hinda, Bajaj, Larsen Toubro are recruiting with maximum CTC offered being 17lpa.
uvce for civil engennering is good as the college has the good placements adn they have a good tie up with top ranked companies. as well study is also good over there. all the best have a great future ahed.
dear student,
BMSCE is just amazing college, I've been there to workshop and felt so bad about UVCE. The infrastructure is just amazing. I loved the college. Back to question, you are comparing 2 different branches. Placements in both colleges are good but civil in BMSCE would be great but when you take in comparsion with UVCE Civil, then Civil would always have high package than other branches. I would say UVCE CS would be a better option. But if you take BMSCE Civil and UVCE Civil, then I would go with BMSCE CS.
Honest answer.
Hope this would help you.
as the college is quite good , it depend on you that what you are persuing p=from there, as well the placemenst are also depend on you only because it depends on your accademic score. as the placements are good enough. all the best have a great future ahead.
