Fees for B.tech course through in University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE),Bangalore will cost you around 90,000 for the entire four year course if you will get admission through KCET.

You have not mentioned any course.Nevertheless, the eligibility criteria to get admission Engineering in UVCE, Bangalore is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, English and Chemistry/biology/ Biotechnology/Electronics/computer with atleast 45% for general category candidates and for reserved candidates is 40% aggregate from a recognized board or University.

• For M.E/M.tech a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in engineering/technology from a recognized board or university.
• For B.Arch a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and English as one of the subjects with atleast 50% from a recognized board or University.
• For M.arch A candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in engineering/technology from a recognized board or university.

No, you cant get direct admission in University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering.
Admission is done on the basis of counselling based on the rank obtained in Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET).So, you wil have to appear and qualify in KCET in order to be eligible for admission.

Seriously this question seems to be very weird for me because the constitution of India says no one can be discriminated on the basis of caste, then how can it be possible in any institute that they donot take you because you are of OBC or any ABC caste.

UVCE was established in the year 1917, under the name, Government Engineering college by BharatRatna Sir M Visvesvaraya. How can you expect there....!!
