- To study the course, it’s recommended that you complete the Start the UX Design Process Empathize, Define, and Ideate programme and Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design course first.
- If not, you should be able to conduct user research for informing the creation of user stories, empathy maps, user journey maps, personas, problem statements, and value propositions.
