Personalised Care: Peer Leadership Foundation - Step Two programme will talk about the changing culture in the NHS, particularly the shift from ‘what is the matter with the patient’ to ‘what matters to the patient’. This is the sequel to the ‘Personalised Care: Peer Leadership Foundation - Step One’ training course on FutureLearn. You will learn what personalised care is and how it will particularly help the population of England.
The Personalised Care: Peer Leadership Foundation - Step Two online course is offered by NHS England and NHS Improvement and will be taught by Jo Fitzgerald and Colin Royle. It is a 4-week training programme. However, you can decide your own schedule. The course requires about 2 hours of learning each week. You will be exposed to various learning tools such as short videos, long-form and short-form articles, audio files and quizzes. You can also track your progress and be a part of a global classroom.
