The Syllabus
- Learn a problem-solving methodology, understand how you solve problems, identify and make propositions to solve a real-world case study. Lalo Espejo, ESL Instructor and Script Writer is featured.
- Manage your iterative solutions supporting others who are reinventing their work at a distance through Agile project management processes. Guest speaker case study: Naz Mandani, Project Manager, Customer Success Manager is featured.
- In this module, you’ll focus on refining your solutions and testing them. In addition, you’ll learn how you can improve your own value proposition and that of your colleagues with specific strategies from the guest speaker.
- This module will serve as a review of the entire course and propose a visual model that tests your ability to try out of the box thinking when it comes to solutions for your particular use case.
