which is better food science and technology or biotechnology ?

Sajal Trivedi 26th Apr, 2024

Hello aspirant,

Choosing a Bachelor's in Food Technology over Biotechnology could be advantageous considering the current landscape. There are more job prospects and higher placement rates in Food Technology. Biotechnology faces stiffer competition due to its widespread availability across colleges. Thus, if your interest lies in the field, opting for a Bachelor's in Food Technology might be a favorable choice.

Thank you

i got 90 percentile in jee mains,i belongs to st category, which nit will I get

Sajal Trivedi 26th Apr, 2024

Hello aspirant,

Given your SC category status, you're likely to have an advantage in JEE, as the cutoff for SC/ST categories tends to be lower compared to general. Achieving a percentile of 95 or higher in JEE mains increases your likelihood of securing admission to reputable NITs, while a percentile around 90 suggests good prospects for an NIT, possibly through spot rounds.

No one predict the college name with certainty but you have chances of getting low ranked NITs.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.

i had scored 86.06 in jee mains .can i get nnit and iit college

Sajal Trivedi 25th Apr, 2024

Hello aspirant,

Based on your percentile score, it's unlikely that you'll secure admission to any NITs. As a general category candidate, your chances of getting into a good college with this percentile score are slim.

But you don't not need to worry. I suggest you to prepare hard and get the best college in next year.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.

I got 30,000 rank in ews category. Can i get any nits or iiits?

Sajal Trivedi 25th Apr, 2024

Hello aspirant,

First of all congratulations for your marks. This is the result of your immense hard work.

Now if we look at the previous years data then generally college list for ews category students closes around 5000. So there are very slim chances of you getting NITs or IITs.

Thank you
