Can I get Osmania University admission in Ph.D without appearing for Eligibility Test?

Students awarded a research fellowship, either through a national level test conducted by national-level organiaations such as UGC / CSIR / ICAR / ICMR/ DBT or by a national level organiaation (such as DST-INSPIRE fellowship can only be exempted from Ph.D. Eligibility Test.
