Let me tell you that tag always count. all the branches are good if a nit or iit is conducting a branch in their syllabus then it is true that it has scope.
So I will prefer to go to top nits even with low branch if I get chance to get admission into it .
See comparing biotechnology of warangal is way better than electrical engineering in patna so branch doesnt matter college does .
So option for top nits and if you want to change you branch then work hard in first year of your engineering and change your branch according to your gpa in college .
