Sir, There would also be some changes from the previous year josaa closing ranks of nit raipur..Am I Still Safe?(Changes - EWS quota), I am not a ews candidate?

Yes ,you are safe .But you need to be patient and wait till the last round .I would recommend you to participate in spot round because there are great chances of getting a better branch and colleges .
Sir, Should I also enter Some IIITS in my choice filling in josaa?(Or Stick to Nits)
