Hello Aspirant,
Yes, defenetly you are eligible to give jee exam in 2019.The eligibility criteria remains the same as before but there is one new change in jee is that jee will be conducted twice in a year in the months of january and april and all the students can give the exams either both or one in which the best ones marks will be considered but the level of the questions will be much tuffer than earlier.
