My AIR in NEET UG 2021 is 572*** (5 Lakhs 72 Thousand ***). I am from Rajasthan Domicile. My Maternal Uncle (Mama Ji) is working in UAE for last 7 years. If he sponsors my admission, am I eligible for NRI quota to get admission in Govt. Colleges of Rajasthan or anywhere in India.?

No even if he sponsors for your education and you are able to claim your NRI quota then also chances of you getting a government medical college at your current rank are very very grim ,
I recommend you taking a drop year or trying changing lines towards BAMS or BHMS courses .

Any chance in private college or deemed universities.? If yes, what will be the formalities required.?
** Note:- I have applied for NEET UG exam as Indian resident. (Didn't mention my Uncle sponsoring my admission as an NRI.

Now you cannot claim back your qouta as the quota has been blocked right now and at 5 lakh plus rank in NEET , even if you clear the NEET cutoff the chances of you securing even a private college MBBS seat are very very low , sorry
