now am completed my bcom computer application in mg university. i want to do mcom in igno as well as b. com coperation 4 papers in mg.. is it possible to take both in same period

No, two degree courses cannot be pursued simultaneously. Also, it's not possibly to do so, even if one's regular and another's distance, not will it be considered valid.
Choose, to go with only one degree at a time, and give your best, pursuing two courses simultaneously will result in not a good results in case of both, nor it's valid.
