Hello Brijesh, see if you are 12th pass out then you cannot do LLB (3yrs) directly rather you can do BA LLB or BBA LLB (5yrs) because for LLB they demand 12th + graduation mark sheet. And to qualify this exam you have to clear first CLAT exam ( Common Law Entrance Test is conducted by National Law Universities for admissions to LLB courses )... CLAT exam is for to score good marks and get best LAW college in India
Eligibility demanded for LLB - Graduation with 45% only, and for the reserved candidate, graduation with 40% only

As youre in graduation right now, So firstly you need to score a minimum of 55% in your graduation in order to get in any law college for llb. And if youre going for law now, that is after graduation, now you have to go for 3-year LLB course.
There are many colleges in india, providing 3-year law degree.
