Both AIIMS and NEET are conducted separately. Both have different criteria for eligibility.
AIIMS require 60 % in 10 + 2 higher secondary. If you score less than this, you are not eligible to write AIIMS. There is least chance that AIIMS will not conduct its exam.

It doesn't matter even if admission in Aiims or any college is through neet,
Neet is just an entrance examination and nothing else. Colleges/ states can have a different eligibility criteria.
For example,
To be eligible for assam state counselling one must score at least get 60% in Physics,

Though AIIMS MBBS entrance examination has been scrapped off and now admission is through Neet examination but percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible for admission in mbbs in Aiims is still the same as it was before scrapping of its entrance .

The admission in AIIMS is basically on the percentile.
Your percentile is calculated on the basis of total marks. The percentile differs for same total marks of NEET as well from student to student.

It was the great college the lab equipments were very nicely arranged rooms were very clean teachers was very sweet they explained me all the things how they manage the college how the students of this college helps in the hospital canteens are well managed but some times they are very crowded gym and playing area is also nice I really loved this college I hope that I can complete my graduation from this college.
