No you can not appear in AIIMS MBBS entrance examination as it has been scrapped off and now admission in through Neet examination.
Actually there is no fixed marks in NEET Examination to be get admission in Aiims, you will be eligible for counselling and thus admission in AIIMS

It was the great college the lab equipments were very nicely arranged rooms were very clean teachers was very sweet they explained me all the things how they manage the college how the students of this college helps in the hospital canteens are well managed but some times they are very crowded gym and playing area is also nice I really loved this college I hope that I can complete my graduation from this college.
