Library contains contains a good collection of books related with every course. Hostels offer good facilities with clean water, a good networks, wifi etc. And the livings spaces are very clean and its full with greenery and the food is also hygenic and tasty and the same time. I’ll rate it 7.5
I’m studying International studies and global politics as i want to attempt upsc in future. The quality of teaching Is excellent.yes the curriculum is updates and includes all the recent development in the field. Yeh it makes job ready for me also on international level.I’ll rate it 6.5
A quality of placements at my college is good. A good number of students get placed every year. The average salary package is satisfactory and the placement process is smooth. The college is very supportive and gove good guidelines to every students for their better future.I’ll rate it 7.5
My course cost 52,000 per year. Yes because I’m really learning new things in this course and can feel connected with the world issues.I’ll rate it 5.5
My campus is too beautiful and full with greenery which is its best part but at the same time in my campus their are no benches for students to seat outside the class or in parks we have to seat in ground which was also too dirty. It’s location is 20-25 minutes far away from my home which is normal for me. Staff get good support form both the teachers and the students..yes it is safe and can handle emergencies.I’ll rate it 6.5
I want to add that some banches can be placed in parks so that students seat and have their lunch because seating in gorund is unhygienic and dogs and monkey were also doing p and potty at the same place so this can be very unhygienic.I’ll rate it 2.5
Infrastructure is absolutely outstanding but it lacks management in Wi-Fi and Air conditioners, also not all the Classrooms have smart boards, they have resources and equipments but lacks management. Some classrooms have very poor Wi-Fi connections even mobile data does not work in some Classrooms
I am the student of BA international studies and Global Politics (first year), i am pursuing this as my career option, some of the faculty members are very rude and inconsiderate to our lack of understanding in things which are new to us, but only some of them otherwise they provide study materials and notes and also lectures are taken, professors are available even after classes to clear doubts and queries, also recommend books and articles for extra knowledge. Overall the quality of teaching is average.
still not sure but from what I heard, the placement is not good, only few gets good opportunities while the rest suffers. I can't possibly say more in it as I am still in my first year and still exploring.
It cost me 60 to 62 thousands, and it's worth it for the people who are interested in politics and history of the politics among countries but you cannot totally depend on the faculty and the lectures. They provide study materials and lectures are taken but some professors lack the skill of teaching.
Overall it's good, the crowd is fine, the campus have the necessary facilities available. They are many clubs students can take part in like sports, literature, drama and music. So, yes they are extra curricular activities and the environment is nice as well.
College is very developed. All required facilities are provided including labs , equipment, libraries, hostels, and sports centre too. It's assured that campus remains clean . Enough number of classes are present. And have a serene environment.
I'm studying Bsc MLT here considering this college is because it is known for its paramedical course. It has compatible teachers who follow the newest curriculum as per NEP. With all required and modern equipments practical knowledge is provided.
Placements here are nice, being a medical dominated college many hospitals and healthcare companies hire students. Also the college is adjoined to its hospital, which provides easy placement and internships in HAH Centenary hospital.
College is actually worth for money, but it's fees are usually high for many courses ranging from 1lakh to 3 lakhs + other services cost including hostel etc. but still the facilities and quality balances the cost.
Campus is very large and comprises of many educational block of various departments , library ,canteen and even hospital. It's located at a very busy location which makes connectivity easier. Campus is highly safe and secure.
Clean campus and spacious classrooms Good library with a variety of books Separate hostels for boys and girls with food and laundry facilities Sports ground and extracurricular activities Clean washrooms
I am pursuing BA islamic (Hons). The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive Regular assignments presentations and class test helps in improving knowledge and preparation for better future opportunities
Placement opportunities are moderate students are encouraged to pursue higher studies and internships overall the placement process is satisfactory and improving over time the college provides guidance regarding career options and skills development and tgere are couses such as digital marketing data analysis etc to improve te overall growth
The fees is soo the college fees is reasonable course is also affordable and value for money
The campus life is enjoyable and peaceful they provides a clean campus with 24/7 cctv availability and guards are active 24/7 on each corner of the college for safety purposes it’s best not to need to he worried about it and the atmosphere is also soo peaceful without any disturbance
The campus is clean and well maintained, with modern classrooms, good laboratories, a rich library, and peaceful surroundings that create a comfortable environment for learning. The location of the college is also a plus point
The academic structure of the college is great as the environment in the college is well disciplined and student friendly. The faculty explains concepts clearly, the curriculum is relevant, and regular practical sessions help strengthen understanding.
The placement cell is supportive and conducts training sessions and recruitment drives. Many students secure good opportunities, while others opt for higher studies or research. Most of the students get the chance of staying as the faculty member.
Yes it is totally justified
Good campus life
Jamia Hamdard has a well-developed and modern infrastructure that provides students with a comfortable and productive learning environment. The university campus is spread over a large green area in South Delhi and is known for its clean, peaceful, and eco-friendly surroundings. The classrooms are spacious, smart, and equipped with modern teaching facilities such as projectors and digital learning tools. The university has well-equipped laboratories, advanced research centers, and computer labs with internet access for practical l The central library of Jamia Hamdard contains a huge collection of books, journals, research papers, and digital resources which help students in academics and research work. The campus also provides Wi-Fi connectivity, seminar halls, auditoriums, and conference centers for academic activities. Separate
Academics are top notch not dougt . Kind of freewill in university you there are so many activities in this collage if you wanna participate then join it .Jamia Hamdard has a strong academic environment and is known for its quality education, especially in pharmacy, medical sciences, biotechnology, nursing, and management courses. The university follows an updated curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical learning. Most faculty members are well-qualified, experienced, and supportive towards students. Smart classrooms, laboratories, seminars, workshops, and research activities help students improve their academic skills and industry knowledge. The university also focuses on research and innovation, giving students opportunities to participate in projects, conferences, and internships.
Amm placement is depending upon skills not you grade but atleast you have also a great grade top ,you have to add real type projects in your resume According to recent placement reports, the median package for B.Tech students was around ₹5–5.5 LPA, while MBA students received around ₹5.9–6 LPA. For pharmacy and medical-related courses, placements are comparatively better because Jamia Hamdard is highly reputed in these fields. Some PG courses recorded median packages above ₹9 LPA.
Depends which course you have and your friends cycle it depending upon you ,you thinking abilities ,you skills buliding or some things else
Campus is quite big and there is no ragging , parks , stadium ,many things else , to many spaces like four and two vehicles parking and 4-5 cantine
Infrastructure is outstanding the ambience gives pure greenery and oswome vibes there as ac and wifi facilities available in our campus the laboratories and the library are also well maintained and the hygiene is also good.
Academics are also good the teachers are well qualified the curriculum is also updated and the development part it is going increasing day by day let's be very clear the student ability and the skill make them job ready not the college but the college gives opportunity is yes.
Placement are also good enough it depends on the ability of the student how they prepare themselves what they have done during their course period how internship they have done and the teachers are supportive and there is placement cell for the help of the students.
Yes it is value for money if you are serious about your life.Per year fees is 1.60 lacks.
College campus live is best full of greenery and the ambience is full of joy.
College have good infrastructure and provide all necessary equipment . College have its own hostel which is average but smart board is not available in the classroom. College is clean and maintain hygiene.
I am studying computer science because I want to become AI engineer . The quality of teaching is average. Classes are not at time . But it is now improving with time . The student ability make the student ready for job.
Quality of placement is average. Placement depends on the ability of students skills and internship done by the student. Their is a placement cell in our college for the placement. Top companies like HCL , TCS ,Wipro come in our college.
2.30 lakh per year.
It is best.
The size of campus is really small and they don't even have basic amenities for the students classroom is very compact and there is no proper ventilation in the classes and buildings are poorly made and benches are rusted
Student not regularly visit the college just because teachers are not even that much better there way of teaching is more based on theoretical knowledge and people who write a lot in exam get pass easily
Placements are not at all good they don't have active placement cell or any alumini contact so student just have to explore everything by themselves even sometime only one or two company visit in the campus for placement
The first thing you notice about Jamia Hamdard is how green it is—it honestly feels like a mini-forest in the middle of South Delhi. The infrastructure is a bit of a mix; some departments like Pharmacy and Medicine have top-tier, modern labs, while other older buildings have that classic, vintage vibe. The Central Library is a sanctuary—it’s massive, peaceful, and has a great collection of rare books if you’re into research. Wi-Fi can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on which corner of the campus you’re in, but the sports facilities are solid. We’ve got decent courts for basketball and football. It’s a very calm environment, perfect if you prefer a quiet place to study over a loud, chaotic campus.
Academics in the Toxicology department are quite rigorous but rewarding. Since Jamia Hamdard is primarily known for its research, the curriculum is heavily aligned with modern lab practices. We study everything from environmental pollutants to forensic toxicology. The best part is the access to high-end instrumentation like HPLC and AAS, which you usually don't get to touch until post-grad in other colleges. The faculty members are pioneers in their fields—many are among the top-cited scientists globally—so if you're serious about a career in research or pharma, you’re in the right place. Just be prepared for a lot of lab manuals and detailed practical exams!
When it comes to placements for B.Sc. Toxicology, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Since this is a niche research-oriented field, most of our seniors prefer going for an M.Sc. or PhD rather than jumping straight into a job. However, the university's reputation in Pharmacy (ranked #1 by NIRF) definitely helps. Companies like Sun Pharma, Dabur, and Dr. Reddy’s frequently visit the campus for recruitment, though they mostly target the B.Pharm or M.Sc. students. If you’re proactive, you can land roles in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Control. On average, the packages for UG science students range between 3 to 5 LPA. The key is to secure a good internship at places like IITR or CSIR during your final year, which the faculty is quite helpful with.
In terms of value for money, Jamia Hamdard is a solid investment if you are focused on a research career. While the annual fee for B.Sc. Toxicology is around ₹1.1 Lakh—which is higher than universities like DU—you are paying for specialized lab infrastructure that most other colleges simply don't have. The access to high-end equipment, a massive central library, and the university’s #1 NIRF ranking in Pharmacy adds a lot of weight to your degree. If you plan on going for an M.Sc. or PhD later, the 'Hamdard' tag and the foundation you build here make the cost worth it. You’re essentially paying for a niche expertise that is rare in India.
Campus life at Jamia Hamdard is unlike any other college in Delhi. It’s essentially a 90-acre forest—you’ll see peacocks more often than you’ll see crowds. It’s incredibly peaceful, which is a huge plus if you want a calm environment to study. The vibe is a bit conservative and disciplined, but it’s very inclusive and respectful. There isn't a massive 'party culture' here, but the student community is tight-knit. Most of our hangouts happen in the canteens near Gate 4 or the herbal garden. If you’re looking for a flashy, high-energy campus like DU, this might feel quiet, but if you value serenity and a green escape, you'll love it here.
The university is ideal for students serious about academics and healthcare careers. If someone wants a very happening social life, they may find it quiet, but for studies and career growth it is a reliable option.
