Hello Greetings

For the UCEED exam, candidates are advised to report to the exam center at least 2 hours prior to the commencement of the exam . However, the exact closing time of the exam center isn't specified.

To plan your travel and arrival time, consider the following:

- *Travel Time*: Leave early to account for any unexpected delays due to traffic or weather conditions.

- *Weather Conditions*: As you mentioned, it might be cold in the morning, so dress warmly and consider bringing a hot beverage to keep you cozy while you wait.

- *Security Check*: Factor in time for security checks and other formalities before the exam starts.

It's always better to err on the side of caution and arrive early to avoid any last-minute stress. If you're concerned about the specific closing time, you can try contacting the exam center directly or checking the official UCEED website for more information.

Have a great day

It's completely understandable that you're feeling overwhelmed after facing so many health challenges during such a crucial phase of your JEE preparation. Here’s a structured approach to help you get back on track:

1. Mental Reset and Motivation

  • Take a deep breath : It’s not too late. Many aspirants crack JEE in just one year of focused preparation.
  • Avoid self-blame : Your health setbacks were beyond your control. Focus on what you can do now.

2. Understand Your Current Situation

  • Identify strong areas (topics you already know well).
  • Make a list of weak areas and topics from Class 11 that need revision.
  • Review the JEE syllabus and prioritize topics that have more weightage.

3. Choose the Right Online Batch

Look for online coaching platforms with structured, fast-track programs for JEE. Some good options:

  • Unacademy : Offers dedicated droppers' courses with live classes and doubt-solving.
  • Physics Wallah : Known for affordable and effective courses, including droppers’ batches.
  • Aakash BYJU’s : Focused study plans and personalized support.
  • Vedantu : Provides interactive classes and tailored learning paths.

4. Recommended Books for JEE

  • Physics :
    • Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma (Volume 1 & 2)
    • DC Pandey (Arihant Series) for problem-solving
  • Mathematics :
    • RD Sharma (for basics)
    • Cengage Series / Arihant for advanced practice
  • Chemistry :
    • Physical Chemistry: N. Awasthi / RC Mukherjee
    • Organic Chemistry: MS Chauhan
    • Inorganic Chemistry: NCERT (must-read)
  • NCERT : Essential for Chemistry and Mathematics fundamentals.

5. Plan Your Study

  • Daily Schedule :
    • Allocate 6–8 hours/day for focused study.
    • Divide time into:
      • Class 11 revision : 40%
      • Class 12 topics : 50%
      • Mock tests : 10%
  • Weekly Goals : Cover one major topic per subject each week.
  • Use the Pomodoro Technique for better focus.

6. Focus on Class 11 Key Topics

  • Physics : Mechanics, Thermodynamics, SHM
  • Mathematics : Quadratic Equations, Trigonometry, Complex Numbers
  • Chemistry : Atomic Structure, Equilibrium, Chemical Bonding

7. Practice and Mock Tests

  • Enroll in a test series (Allen, FIITJEE, or NTA Abhyas).
  • Solve previous years’ JEE Main and Advanced question papers.
  • Analyze mistakes after every test and focus on weak areas.

8. Stay Healthy and Stress-Free

  • Prioritize your health. Eat nutritious food and stay hydrated.
  • Include light physical activity or meditation to reduce stress.

9. Parental Involvement

  • Share your concerns with your parents and set realistic expectations.
  • Request their support in creating a stress-free environment.

10. Seek Help When Needed

  • Don’t hesitate to ask doubts from teachers, peers, or online mentors.
  • Use apps like DoubtNut or HashLearn for instant doubt-solving.

Final Thoughts:

You have the determination to bounce back. Focus on consistent effort rather than perfection. With a solid plan and perseverance, you can still achieve a great result in JEE!

Dear

According to the information you haven't taken JEE or CUET and are waiting for your 12th results, admission to BIT Sindri might be a bit challenging as they typically require a valid JCECE (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) score for B.Tech programs. However, if your 12th-grade results are strong, you might still have a chance, especially if you meet the domicile requirements.

For finding the best college you deserve use College predictor tool.

Thanks.

Thorough Understanding: Understand the concepts thoroughly.

Practice Problems: Solve numerous problems from the NCERT textbooks.

3. Practice Previous Year Papers:

Analyze Patterns: Identify recurring topics and question types.

Time Management: Practice solving papers within the time limit.

Learn from Mistakes: Analyze your mistakes to avoid repeating them.

4. Join a Reputed Coaching Institute (if possible):

Structured Coaching: A good coaching institute provides structured guidance and expert advice.

Mock Tests: Timely practice of mock tests that help to enhance your performance.

Peer Learning: Interact with other students to discuss concepts and doubts.

5. Online Resources:

YouTube Channels: Watch videos from channels like Physics Wallah, Unacademy.

Dear

According to the information with a JEE Main score of 83.5%, admission to BIT Mesra might be challenging, as the cutoffs for B.Tech programs are generally quite high. For the recent year, the closing cutoff for BIT Mesra B.Tech was around 50,395 ranks for other states and 69,822 ranks for home state candidate.

However, it's always a good idea to check the latest cutoffs and seat availability during the admission process. You might also consider other factors like your Class XII marks and any additional entrance exams required by the college.

For finding the best college you deserve use College predictor .

Thanks.

This is not very fortunately true; holding a domicile certificate from Bihar would ensure no direct entry into BIT Sindri.

BIT Sindri essentially selects the candidates from Jharkhand.  The relaxation within the criteria might be shown a bit differently. This generally happens as a giant criterion holding the certificate for being a Jharkhand domicile certificate.

However, you at least are going to qualify in the following:

JEE Main:

Good Rank: You would expect a good rank in JEE Main. With a higher rank, there is a greater possibility that you will get admission to engineering colleges of other states, except Jharkhand.   Home State Quota: BIT Sindri has mainly catered to students who are the domicile of Jharkhand. You still have hope if you have a good rank in JEE Main and within the home state quota for other engineering colleges.

Other Engineering Colleges:

Check other engineering colleges in India that admit students from various states based on JEE Main rank or entrance exam.

One may ask to meet the admission office of BIT Sindri as well as other engineering colleges to get first-hand information, which is reliable and authentic.

Hello,

Don't worry, its correct if you filled 'passed' in 2025 .

Here's how you can approach filling out your JEE 2025 application form without risking rejection:

  1. Status in JEE 2024 Form (Appearing): You marked "appearing" by mistake in 2024. This doesn’t affect your eligibility since you were reappearing for improvement after already passing in 2023.

  2. Correct Status for JEE 2025 (Passed): In the 2025 application, select "passed" since you already passed your boards in 2023 and did an improvement in 2024.

  3. Impact on Form Acceptance: JEE applications generally focus on whether the candidate meets the eligibility criteria, such as passing class 12th within the last two years (2023 or 2024 in your case). The "appearing" status in 2024 likely won’t impact your 2025 form as long as your actual pass year falls within the allowed timeframe.

  4. Solution if Confused: If you're unsure, contact JEE officials or check the official guidelines. They sometimes allow updates for such errors.

  5. Final Recommendation: Marking “passed” in 2025 is accurate for your case, as you passed in 2023 and improved in 2024. This should align with eligibility requirements and not lead to form rejection.

Hope it helps !

The CAT rank is decided based on the percentile obtained by candidates in the entrance examination. There is no fixed cutoff to get admission to the India's best business school and these cutoffs vary every year depending upon a number of factors. Even a 99 percentile in the CAT does not guarantee admission as the selection process of business schools is very complex and takes a lot of factors into the consideration such as Class 10, Class 12, Graduation, work experience, academic, and gender diversity, etc. Above all candidates must also perform well in the WATPI/ GDPI process.
