• NIAMT admissions to the advanced diploma programmes are based on the performance in the written test.

• Shortlisted candidates can proceed with the document verification and payment of NIAMT admission fees.

• Fill out the NIAMT admission form and then submit it before the deadline.

• Appear for JEE Main entrance exam and meet the required NIFFT Ranchi Cutoff.

NIAMT M.Tech admission is available in Environmental Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Foundry Forge Technology, Industrial Metallurgy and Material Science and Engineering. The duration of the course is 2 years.

NIAMT admissions are offered to Ph.D programmes in Forge Technology, Foundry Technology, Applied Science and Humanities, Manufacturing Engineering, and Materials and Metallurgical Engineering. The Ph.D course is offered for the duration of 3 years.

NIAMT PhD Admission Procedure

• The candidates meeting the merit and eligibility criteria, should fill out and submit the NIAMT admission form.

• The selection of the candidates is based in merit of the qualifying examination. 

• A list of selected candidates for further interviews will be displayed.

• Qualified candidates must participate in the personal round of interviews.

• Submit all documents necessary for verification.

• Selected candidates will be asked to pay NIAMT admission fees to complete the process of admission.
