NIIT University, Neemrana offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral-level courses. NIIT University courses are available in engineering, sciences, arts, humanities and social sciences, and management and business administration streams. NU courses are offered in full-time mode. UG courses at NIIT University include B.Tech, BBA, and Integrated M.Tech.
NIIT University PG courses include MTech, MBA, and Integrated Integrated M.Sc. The university also offers NIIT University PhD courses. NIIT University fees for BTech is Rs. 3,44,500 and Integrated MBA is Rs. 2,76,800. Candidates should ensure that they meet the NU eligibility criteria for the desired course before applying for admission. What is the percentage required for NIIT University?
Candidates must have scored first division [T15] in any two exams out of their Class Xth, Class XIIth or bachelor's, and second division in the third examination. Candidates should have secured ≥ 50% in the relevant bachelor's degree.

College Infrastructure
I think niit University have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities. The academic buildings are very near to the hostels (on a walking distance) which saves the student's time. there is a gym open for all. they have labs etc with proper systems. there are smartboards in every classroom obviously. the wifi facility is also good. they make sure that the food served in the mess is hygienic and clean. the living spaces are also clean as the maids come in a daily basis for cleaning.
The college is pretty good

According to me the college infrastructure is average. Sometimes the management of the university does not go well. Sometimes the facilities available run out and it takes time for the university to restock it again.

The college infrastructure is overall good. The facilities provided to as are pretty good. Since this is a residential campus so they provide us with all the facilities so that we have everything without any difficulty.

In order to get a seat in NITs, you need to score at least 9k - 10k SC rank, or 85 percentile as per past year trends.

Should I Prefer NIIT University over Mahindra Ecole ?
Hello.
In comparison of fee structure Mahindra ecole takes much higher fee for some courses while for the same courses NIIT university is not expensive ,NIIT university is a state University while Mahendra college is an affiliated college of JNU , all the facilities are available in NIIT university while some are not available in Mahindra ecole overall if I say so NIIT university is much preferable than Mahindra ecole ,admission in both of these is done on the basis of JEE mains score for B tech.
