JEC Chennai Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

Jaya Engineering College admissions are offered in various Undergraduate & Postgraduate courses. Jaya Engineering College admissions are provided in BE./BTech programme at undergraduate level, ME/MTech,  M.B.A, and M.C.A at postgraduate level. JEC Chennai admissions are offered in 5 branches. 

Before applying for Jaya Engineering College admissions, the candidate should appear for the relevant entrance examination such as CEETA PG/TANCET or equivalent. • Download the application form from the college's official website.

• Print the downloaded form and fill it out completely and accurately.

• Affix a recent passport-sized photograph in the designated space on the form.

• Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the college's admission office.

• For Indian applicants, prepare 5 attested photocopies each of 10th Standard Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate, 10+2 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate.

• For NRI candidates, additional documents include a Demand Draft for 1000 USD from the financial supporter, proof and receipt for this payment, Employer Certificate, Embassy Certificate, and Relationship and Nativity Certificate of the financial supporter. The financial supporter must be a parent or a legally declared guardian.

The college provides undergraduate programmes which include BE/BTech. The duration of the Jaya Engineering College UG course is 4 years. The fee varies with respect to specialisations selected by the students.

Jaya Engineering College BE/BTech Admission Procedure

• Candidates should appear for the TNEA examination and secure a valid score.

• Qualified candidates should attend the counselling session.

• Jaya Engineering College cutoff will be announced after the TNEA counselling procedure.

• Jaya Engineering College admissions will be based on the scores obtained in the examination. 

• The shortlisted candidates will be receiving the allotment letter.

• Selected candidates should submit the required documents.

The college provides postgraduate programmes which include M.Tech / ME, MBA., and MCA. The duration of the JEC Chennai PG course is 2 years.

Jaya Engineering College ME/M.Tech Admission Procedure

• Aspirants must meet the eligibility requirements.

• The applicant should fill out the application form with the required information.

• For admission to PG programmes, candidates must take the PG entrance examination like CEETA-PG and secure a valid score.

• Shortlisted aspirants must attend counselling procedures.

• The candidate should prioritise JEC Chennai during the choice-filling and locking process. 

• Aspirants should meet the Jaya Engineering College cutoff. 

• Aspirants are selected for Jaya Engineering College admissions based on their performance in the entrance examination.

• The final selected aspirant will receive the allotment letter. 

• Aspirants should submit the necessary documents.

JEC Chennai Admission Procedure for MCA/MBA

• Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements that is they have a valid UG degree.

• Candidates must take the PG entrance examination and secure a valid score in TANCET.

• Qualified candidates should attend the counselling session.

• Candidates should meet the cutoff. 

• Shortlisting of candidates for JEC Chennai admissions is done based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination.

• The final selected candidate will receive the allotment letter from JEC Chennai.

• Candidates should submit the necessary documents.

• To complete the JEC Chennai admission procedure the aspirants should pay the course fees.
