You can get ME in NITs only if you belong to SC/ST/PwD category. Otherwise, there is very low chance for NITs with this marks. You have the only chance for low rating NITs. This mark is not enough for OBC/General category candidates. If you had scored 140+ marks, Then you could be eligible for NITs.
