It is really tough to get a call from the older IIMs with 81 percentile in CAT. You might get a call from new IIMs. Also, CAT percentile is not the only thing which is considered while preparing the merit list. There are various other parameters which are considered such as the academic record, work experience, engineer, non engineer, etc.

The admission criteria also varies from college to college. Every college sets its own criteria to select students.

As per your percentile score, you may expect calls from the following B-schools
University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh
IFMR Chennai
LIBA Chennai
Goa Institute of Management
XIME Bangalore

If you get a call from any top B-schools, make sure to prepare well for the further rounds. Hope for the best!
