I doubt this because for iiita a candidate must score more than 200 marks with 149 marks you have a great chance in iiit Lucknow.

To get into IIIT Allahbad, safer side is to get a rank under 7000 and max upto 10000.
According to previous year cutoffs:

So you can use the JEE Main rank predictor to estimate your rank:

But according to previous year trends, it's difficult to fetch that rank with 150 marks.
So there are chances of getting some branch in IIITA, but not CSE or ECE.
But it depends on your rank this year which might be different.
