As you haven't mentioned the marks I am predicting that your friend has a score of around 300 .So this score isn't sufficient to fetch a seat in a government College for MBBS/BDS .Your friend might get a seat in some private medical colleges .I would rather suggest to apply in the various AYUSH courses when the time comes .
