I would recommend Manipal. It’s 2nd to best private medical college after CMC Vellorein India and has a high regard among medical fraternity. Many of faculty, Senior residents as well as junior residents of AIIMS are from Manipal and the mere name of the college puts a leverage on the CV you produce. With excellent infrastructure comparable to national institutes, and a great pool of faculty, they stay among the best in country. The have a good patient load and hence fills all the criteria for a good medical college to choose.

Both Sri Ramachandra medical college and Kasturba Mangalore are very good in Academics. 

Sri Ramachandra Medical College is the one which provides a healthy environment to study as well as excels in academics. It stands a 5th place in careers. The course fee is 1lakh per year.

Kasturba Mangalore stands in 7th place in careers as well as academics is quite good over there. KMC Mangalore is a private college so it is expected to have a high fee structure.

You can opt one among the two on the basis of your preference and choice.
