Hi Veeresh,
To get admission in NIT or IIT, you have to appear in the qualifying exam called JEE Mains and advanced.
The eligibility critera for this exam would be to have completed 12th board or equivalent exam, from a recognized board. Your diploma would be considered as equivalent to 12th boards.
Apply for JEE Mains, and if you qualify the exam, you will be eligible for JEE Advance.
