after editing my corrected thumb impression, i filled the captcha and clicked submit.it is showing to choose city of test center which was already submitted and cant be edited now but when i logged in again it shows my corrected thumb..so is it okay or do i have to get through submission page?

There will be n problem. If you see the corrected thumb impression in application form , then it will be okay. After editing your thumb impression and filled your captcha, and you have submitted it then it will saved successfully. also, there will be no modification in test center also.
