After first round of CAP MHT CET can I change my preference order? From when and where can I change it?

Yes ,you can changd the preferance . For this log in to your account when 2nd option form filling start and make whatever changes you want in colleges ,preferance.

yes, you can change the preference after the first round of CAP MHT CET, you can change it from the online portal of MHT CET.

You cannot chnage any order of preference after 1st round. It is permitted only after 2nd CAP rounds.
You can only freeze, float and slide options you have been allotted.
