Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will conduct JEE Main 2019 counselling and seat allotment for all the qualified and eligible candidates. To participate in counselling and seat allotment of JEE Main 2019 candidates will have to register to JoSAA in online mode
The counselling and seat allotment of JEE Main 2019 will be based on candidates merit, preference of choices and availability of seats. During the JEE Main 2019 seat allotment,JoSAAwill first allot the seats in two mock rounds. These mock rounds will help candidates to know the seats, they could be allotted on the basis of their choices filling inJEE Main. Once mock rounds of allotment are over, seven main rounds of seat allotment will be conducted for candidates
