Good afternoon Yamini,

JIPMER application forms demand clear photo of the student along with a placard that states the students name and date when the picture was clicked. But any details entered in JIPMER application form can't be corrected and the student is expected to fill in a new fresh form before the last date of submission of the application form (April 12, 2019).

However you can try sending an email at the official email id about your situation. If in case they allow you need not worry.
