if anyone are eager to open apicet.nic website first open https://tsicet.nic.in/Default.aspx
and then replace ts with ap and it clearly shows website under development and i also tried to pay fee but it showed candidates details not found not for fee payment or not for registration of candidate
education management is very careless with this sort of government thousands of icet rank holders are idle sitting home or going for small jobs
i cant understand how ts is handling with such short delays but still ahead of our educational system
