Check your registration number, roll number and the rank, date of birth and captcha properly. You can only exercise web options if your document verification was successful and you must have fulfilled the eligibility criteria. Close all the windows in your computer and then shut down your computer and then restart and then open the AP PGECET website and then login with your credentials and then it will surely open and if the problem persists then it must be any issue with the website so in this case wait for few hours.
