    Hey Ayush!

    Yes, you can upload mobile scanned documents for registration purposes. There are many apps and features available for the purpose. You can use CamScanner, Docscanner, document scan feature of Google drive. Just make sure it does not show in writing "scanned using CamScanner" or any other app and also ensure your scanned picture is clear and markless.
