You didn't mention the course you wish to study so it's not compulsory that 'Best For percentage will apply to every course. For science courses (except mathematics), only science score percentage is taken into consideration so in that case English will not be included.

If you are willing to study science course then your only PCB percentage will be taken into consideration for the eligibility criteria. The cut off vary every year and is different for various courses.

If your PCB percentage is 88% and above then you can easily get admission in DU in 3rd or 4th cut off for course like life science.
