When it comes to neet examination,
then it has its own syllabus, its syllabus is same as that of ncert syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Biology for class 11 and 12th .
So , we can say that the syllabus of neet examination is similar to that of cbse .
But different state boards have different syllabus, you don't need to follow them as syllabus of state board varies from state to state.
