As you wanted to get seat in the pgp college which is in namakkal in the state tamil nadu and if you wanted to get seat you have to attempt entrance examination of tnea so that you may get seat in that college for the bio technology and as bio technology is a 4 year engineering course of 8 semesters as they conduct examinations semester wise and fee will be less than 50,000  you get scholarships from the government of your stateif you have certificates with that of the income certificate so study well and work hard to get seat in that pgp college all the best for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to you.
