can admissions be done on basis of donation

I hope you are doing fine, Donation fee is fee which you have to give to make you eligible for admission e.g. there are many management quota seats so for admission into this you have to give to take admission if you haven't passed or cleared their cutoff and admission fee is that fee which you have to give to be a student that means to take all services of being a student as provided by the institute.
I don't favor admission on the basis of donation. It hampers the standard of education and also an injustice to the deserving students.
Most of the private institutions and schools have made education a business and they give admission to the students just to earn money and they don't show any concern regarding the quality of education. I would suggest that you must take admission by studying hard and scoring good marks in entrance exams. That will give you satisfaction.
