can an m.tech IT graduate write jnuee (international relations )?.in notification the eligibility criteria mentions 10+2+3 format,confused ?

Hi Mani, the qualification for MA Politics in International Studies is Bachelors. That is why the required format is 10+2+3. But because you also have a M.Tech, this will be your second Masters degree. If you have 50% in your Bachelors degree you are eligible to study this course. This says Bachelors degree in any discipline with 50% minimum. So you can apply.
