YES, You can apply for Round 2 in NEET UG AIQ counselling if you haven't applied for round 1.

The procedure for the round 2 will be same as round 1 procedure. If you had applied for round 1 then you wouldn't have to do the payment again for round 2.

Also in round 2 you can exit with forfeiture of security amount option available. Kindly note that for round 2 reporting at the Medical / Dental Colleges /Institutions (candidates once joined the allotted seat are not allowed to vacate the seat).
