HELLO,
No , you will not be provided with an option to change the exam centre once you have selected their test centre option in your application form.
You must choose the exam centre carefully as you will not be able to change the centre after it has been allocated.

You haven't mentioned the entrance exam you are enquiring about. Neverthless, once the last date for filling the application form has been closed and the correction window has been closed to, you cannot make any changes to the examination centres. Your exam centres are allotted on the basis of first cum first serve basis in the order of your preference. No changes are allowed.
