Yes you can do PhD after completing your masters. Critical and emergency care technology is mainly theoritical and practical aspects of equipment and machinery used in intensive care units such as learn ECG, TMT etc. If you do PhD then you are become doctorate in this subject and your position will be high in any hospital or any instructions.
