it totally depends upon your college whether it provide fee reimbursement or not. but if its provide then yes you can get if you are merit student and if you are eligible for scholarship or fees reimbursement then you can get fee excemption. So check for the eligibility and apply for the fee reimbursement. For most of the private colleges you a get full fee or partial fee reiumbersement.

Also yes you can get admission in private engineering college based on jee main score.
