The cutoff for previous year's JEE Advanced was 113 for OBC category. This year, as the paper was moderate and the total was increased by 12 marks, the cutoff would not go down. With 76 marks in JEE Advanced 2019, you will not be able to clear the cut off marks. So you would not probably get any IIT.
