Can I get any nit with rank 19k in special round if I am from Andra Pradesh plz.....

kindly mention your category also ,however here i am considering you a general candidate. first of you can get many NITs ,some of them are good ones . i don't know why you haven't get into some nit . however yes sure you can get some NITs even before the special round . my friend who had also 19k rank has got nit delhi this round .
